Resident Council

Through our two-year training initiative, eight self-advocates are now prepared to lead AiLA’s future Resident Council.

 

AiLA has completed the final phase of a two-year Resident Council development initiative. Eight participants have learned the fundamentals of board governance, effective communications, conflict resolution, and more. When the doors open to our future housing development, the Resident Council will be ready to step into their advisory and tenant-support role, for the benefit of residents, council members and their community.
